Part 1
Cebu was great. no wait, that's an understatement. whatever. pero ang itim ko na.
sabi pa nga ni aileen: ohmygahd, i'm gonna die na, then everyone else will say: yaah!
Where do I begin? there's soo much to share, but lemme just tell about the biggies.
We arrived at Cagayan around 4-ish in the afternoon, got on the ship at 8, sailed at 9:45.
egad, the superferry song was soo annoying.
we've been singing that ALL the time now, just to put smiles on each other's faces, since the conference was so tiring and all. we arrived at cebu at 6 o'clock in the morning, and it was raining. we got out of the ship at 6:30, cause we waited for the rain to stop. then we went to sacred heart school, where the boys were gonna sleep. we left our stuff there, and we saw the first of many, many boylets. lulz. daw manul, but we didn't care. it's not like we're gonna see them everyday, riight? then when we had breakfast, and went to the sports complex, then we had a tour around cebu.
fast forward to april 3rd, andaming tao. well, not really. last year at tagaytay, there were 10,500 people. this year, there were only 9000. but that's okay. everyone was so nice. and the cameras were uh-may-zing. kwento: there was a photography contest and you had to take the best one that err, "symbolizes" the theme which is, step up: forgetting what lies behind. anywayy, there was this guy taking a picture of the arrival and it was supposed to be stolen but we stopped and posed instead, and he wasn't mad. then i asked what camera he used and he said it was a nikon d300. this:
and i was like, "kuya, di ba ito yung exact camera na ginagamit dati sa CSI:NY?" all he said was, "yan nga." *jaw drops. ulollerz. moving on, we stayed at cebu central school, which is in front of a mall. but it wasn't like a really good mall. it's just E-mall and A City Mall. and my ilonggo friends would laugh real hard whenever they said E-mall. Honestly, i don't get it.
i'd loove to write some more, but gossip girl is gonna be on soon, soo. ;D
